Breakfast Slop
This kind of slop is basically an omelette and hash browns
occupying the same space-time region.
- Heat the oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- Mix the potatoes, fillings, and cheese together.
- Dump the mixture into the frying pan,
pour the egg on top of it,
and mix together thoroughly.
- Allow to cook for about 2 minutes,
or until the bottom is partly light brown.
- Flip (it'll come apart) and allow to cook for another 2 minutes.
