Breakfast Slop


This kind of slop is basically an omelette and hash browns occupying the same space-time region.

Slop
  1. Heat the oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix the potatoes, fillings, and cheese together.
  3. Dump the mixture into the frying pan, pour the egg on top of it, and mix together thoroughly.
  4. Allow to cook for about 2 minutes, or until the bottom is partly light brown.
  5. Flip (it'll come apart) and allow to cook for another 2 minutes.
